- Two forms of photo ID

- Must be able to put utilities in your own name

We require a non refundable application fee of $40

We perform the usual checks:

- Credit check

- Criminal background check

- Previous landlord check and eviction search

Tenant required to show proof of Limited Liability Insurance of $100,000
